Within the first three months of your substantive agreement, your Divisional Property Manager will conduct a thorough business review with you, answering your questions and to help you understand how you can access the property services available to you. This will cover matters such as statutory certification, health and safety compliance and outline the key elements of our on-going property relationship.
After the initial visit an annual review, a Property Department representative under the instruction of the Divisional Property Manager will help with the on-going maintenance of your premises and the success of your business.
Throughout the life of your agreement you will be supported by a 24 hour property helpdesk that is available to provide help and advice on all property repair issues, including insurance claims.
