Under the terms of your lease agreement you are responsible for ensuring that your business complies with the appropriate Statutory Compliance and Health and Safety Legislation for your property.
These responsibilities can be time consuming to deal with and are often complex. To help you with this Ei Publican Partnerships has developed its own Safety Management Solution Scheme, offering annual compliance testing, an annual safety review and the use of our "Ask the Expert" email and phone function.
This below outlines the key provisions of the scheme from which you will benefit.
As an Ei Publican Partnerships lessee you will automatically become subscribed to the scheme and will enjoy its benefits from the outset of your lease agreement. For existing publicans who are not currently on the scheme we will pro-actively support your enrolment onto the scheme.
Scheme members will receive the following services on an annual basis; A safety review with a competent Health & Safety professional who will work with you to produce the following assessments and reports:
In addition to the above services, all members of the scheme will have access to an online web portal that will hold all documentation generated through the scheme, as well as provide you with relevant safety information and a "Ask the Expert" function all at the click of a button.
NB. It should be noted that the services outlined above are for the examination and testing only. Should any remedial works be found necessary then this will fall to yourself as the publican to rectify. However, Ei Publican Partnerships can assist providing a remedial quotation and approved contractor for these works.
