Our Save As You Earn scheme encourages employee ownership of company shares at a 20% discount on market price at the time of the issue. A Share Incentive Plan allows employees to purchase shares out of pre-tax income up to statutory limits, which are held in a trust. The company currently offers matching share awards to employees purchasing shares on the Share Incentive Plan.
