The Milk House prides itself on its food, keeping dishes simple and working with the seasons using only the freshest produce from local suppliers to create an unfussy menu to cater for all tastes and budgets.
They aim to source their ingredients within a 20-mile radius. Their chefs are passionate about presentation and attention to detail ensuring that the dishes appeal equally to the eye as they do to the taste buds. In addition to their Classic menu with its range of traditional pub fare, the Dining Room is open for lunch and dinner with a dining menu offering a more adventurous selection of starters, main courses and puddings. A wood-fired pizza oven adds a further option during the summer months to the already broad menu options. Inspiration for menu design is taken by habitually reading industry publications, dining out and exploring the local area – the chefs meet regularly to share ideas and bounce recipes and creations off each other.
