All full-time colleagues who work a 5 day week will receive a minimum of 25 days holiday per year (as well as the usual Bank and Public Holidays), for part-time colleagues holiday will be pro-rated accordingly. ​All colleagues have the option to buy or sell up to 3 days holiday per year.
