Legal Support Coordinators (LSC)

We give legal support to existing publicans taking new agreements or selling their leases and deal with all licensing matters for the estate.

Legal support co-ordinators provide comprehensive legal support to our field operations teams. Together with the recruitment co-ordinators, they work closely with Regional Managers, divisional directors, new and existing publicans and solicitors taking responsibility for the legal agreement and assignment process.

LSCs must also have excellent communication and organisational skills in order to be able to support internal and external customers effectively, whilst managing a varied and busy workload.

Licensing Managers

All public houses require a premises licence and designated premises supervisor to be able to trade legally. The licensing manager administers Enterprise's licensing requirements and ensures adherence to the Licensing Act 2003 at all times.

Attention to detail is essential, as all changes must be recorded accurately on the company databases.​
