Within the first three months of your substantive agreement, your Divisional Property Manager will conduct a thorough business review with you, answering your questions and to help you understand how you can access the property services available to you. ​This will cover matters such as statutory certification, health and safety compliance and outline the key elements of our on-going property relationship. 

After the initial visit an annual review, a Property Department representative under the instruction of the Divisional Property Manager will help with the on-going maintenance of your premises and the success of your business.

Throughout the life of your agreement you will be supported by a 24 hour property helpdesk that is available to provide help and advice on all property repair issues, including insurance claims.​
